Estiven Rojo is an accomplished attorney specializing in intellectual property, corporate transactions, and emerging technologies. He has successfully counseled multinational corporations, innovative startups, and entrepreneurs across the United States and internationally, strategically maximizing their corporate portfolios and navigating complex intersections of business, technology, and law.

Blending his expertise in intellectual property law, engineering, and corporate legal counsel, Estiven guides his clients through every stage of the business lifecycle. His extensive background includes advising on business transactions, contract preparation and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, licensing, blockchain technologies, and comprehensive IP protection strategies.

Estiven's proficiency in blockchain technology stems from his completion of MIT Professional Education’s Blockchain: Disruptive Technology Program. He leverages this knowledge to provide specialized counsel in blockchain integration, cryptocurrency frameworks, smart contracts, crypto exchanges, blockchain governance, and scalable infrastructure solutions, empowering his clients to fully benefit from digital transformation initiatives.

Previously practicing in Silicon Valley, Estiven prepared and prosecuted patent applications, managed corporate IP portfolios, developed litigation strategies, and advocated for his clients' IP rights in federal and state courts, including proceedings before the USPTO.

During his legal education, Estiven served as a Patent Examiner Extern at the USPTO and was honored as the regional winner and national finalist in the 40th Annual Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition, arguing pivotal patent law issues before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Estiven began his professional journey as an electrical engineer at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, where he contributed to the design and testing of critical Integrated Electronic Assemblies for NASA’s Space Shuttle Program solid rocket boosters.
